Questions? We've got answers.
Everything families, donors and volunteers usually ask us. Don't see yours? Reach out anytime.
For families
Is there any cost to participate?
No. Talent Discovery Days, Little Giants Academy, the Young Artist Gallery and Creator Kits are free to families. Donors and partners make that possible.
What ages do you serve?
Our programs are designed for children and teens roughly ages 6–17. Some workshops may be tailored to specific age groups.
Does my child need art experience?
Not at all. Discovery Days are designed for complete beginners. Curiosity is the only requirement.
How does my child join Little Giants Academy?
Children who attend a Talent Discovery Day may be invited to join. Families can also contact us directly to ask about upcoming sessions.
Will my child's artwork or name be posted online?
Only with written guardian consent. Families choose how their child is credited and can request removal from the Young Artist Gallery at any time.
For supporters
How will my donation be used?
Gifts fund program essentials: art supplies, Creator Kits, instruction, exhibition costs and scholarships or supply grants for students.
Can I donate art supplies instead of money?
Yes! New, unopened supplies are always welcome. See our Get Involved page for the most-needed list, or email us to arrange a drop-off.
Can my company sponsor a program or exhibition?
Absolutely. We welcome sponsors for exhibitions, Creator Kits and Discovery Days. Contact us to talk about partnership options.
Will I get a receipt for my gift?
Yes. You'll receive confirmation from our donation platform. For additional receipt questions, email us anytime.
For volunteers
Do I need to be a professional artist to volunteer?
No. We need teaching artists, but also workshop helpers, kit packers, event crew and more.
Are volunteers screened?
Yes. Anyone working directly with children goes through screening, and we follow a two-adult rule at all programs.
Help a little artist think big.
Your gift puts brushes, cameras and real art classes into the hands of children who would otherwise go without. Every dollar stays focused on kids.
